Gift voucher terms

The voucher is sold by Hippo Fun, MB, company code 307092068, VAT number LT100017627813, address Verslo g. 13, LT-11346 Vilnius. You can reach us at andrius@hippofishing.eu.

• You buy the voucher for a chosen package and number of guests. Its value is the price of that package at the time of purchase and is shown on the voucher.
• You pay the full amount straight away by card or with the other methods offered by our payment partner Stripe. Buyers in Lithuanian pay with our payment partner Montonio.
• We email the voucher as a PDF right after payment. You can print it or forward it to the recipient.

• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the day of payment. The expiry date is shown on the voucher.
• The booking with the voucher must be made before it expires. We email the buyer a reminder before that.
• Once it has expired, an unused voucher is no longer valid and its value is not refunded.

• The recipient picks a package, dates and the number of guests on our website and enters the voucher code when booking. The voucher value is taken off the trip price.
• Dates depend on availability. The voucher does not guarantee specific dates, so it is worth booking early.
• If the trip costs more than the voucher value (for example a longer package, more guests or new prices), the difference has to be paid. If it costs less, the remaining value is not refunded or carried over.
• The voucher can be used once, for one booking. It cannot be combined with another discount code.
• Bookings made with a voucher follow our booking and cancellation terms.

• Anyone who knows the voucher code can use it, so keep it as safe as cash.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, except in the cases described below.
• If you lose the voucher, write to andrius@hippofishing.eu and we will send it again.

• You can cancel the voucher within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, as long as it has not been used. Just write to andrius@hippofishing.eu.
• We refund the money to the original payment method within 14 days of your message. The voucher then stops being valid.

If the voucher cannot be used before it expires for reasons on our side, we will extend it or, if you prefer, refund its full value.

If something went wrong, write to andrius@hippofishing.eu and we will reply within 14 days. Consumers can also contact Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba (https://vvtat.lrv.lt).

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Hippo Fun, MB is registered. This does not take away the rights a consumer has under the law of their country of residence.
